Young people: I can't live without my cell!



Media system dependency argues that the more we use a particular type of media, the more we become dependent upon it. Young people have what has been described as an addiction to mobile devices and the Internet.

Texting while driving a problem for young

According to the American Journal of Preventive Medicine, 300,000 car accidents in the United States a year are caused by distracted drivers. One of the main distractions is people who text while driving. Katie Williams talked with a woman who lost control of her vehicle while texting.
